Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS marks the order as "delivered."

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

• If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
